Preferably use the Feedburner feed.
I use the wordpress.com and not a self-hosted installation for blogging. Hence, I cannot control the original feed given by wordpress.com. So, I cannot redirect the original wordpress.com feed (using Steve’s plugin) to the feedburner feed. In case, you know of a method of doing this for a wordpress.com site, then do let me know.

probably you should redirect the first one to your feedburner URL if you have to get a right count of your feed readers
